Privacy policy
This page sets out what we receive through this website, what it is used for, and what you can do about it. It is written in plain language on purpose.
Policy version: 2026-09-28
Who processes the data
The controller is the legal entity named in the site footer, where you will also find the contact email address for any question about this policy.
What we collect
Through the request form: your name or preferred form of address, preferred channel of contact, phone number or messenger username, city or province, the text of your message, and the fact, time and policy version of your consent.
If you arrived through an advertising link, your browser keeps its tags for up to 30 days: the source, campaign and ad (utm parameters), the Facebook click id, the first page you opened, the address you came from and the time of that visit. This, together with the Meta cookies (_fbc, _fbp) if you accepted cookies, is sent with your request so that we can tell which advertising works.
Automatically: technical request data needed to keep automated submissions out. The network address is used only to rate-limit the form and is not stored alongside the request.
We do not ask for identity document details, health information or other special categories of data through this site. Where such information is needed for a case, it is exchanged under a separate engagement, not through this form.
Why we process it
The only purpose is to contact you and answer your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing and do not build advertising audiences from it.
Who it is shared with
The content of a request is delivered to our staff through Telegram, which acts as the notification transport and is governed by that service’s own terms.
We do not sell the content of a request, do not pass it to advertising networks, and do not disclose it to third parties except where applicable law requires it.
Information about visits to the site is received by the analytics and advertising services of Google, Yandex and Meta, as described under cookies below. The text of a request never reaches them.
If you accepted cookies, our own server also tells Meta when a request is sent or a contact button is pressed (the Conversions API), so that we can measure how advertising on Facebook and Instagram performs. Such a message carries the network address and browser type, the Meta identifiers (_fbp, _fbc) and, for a request, the phone number or email address given in it — only in hashed form (SHA-256), from which it cannot be read. If you declined cookies, Meta receives nothing from us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept no longer than is needed to reply and for a reasonable follow-up period. Files for matters taken on are retained for the periods that apply to legal practice.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica to understand how many people visit it and which pages they read, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure how well advertising performs. These services run on every page of the site but load only after you press “Accept” in the cookie banner, and they set their own cookies, including the Google Analytics cookie (_ga), the Yandex Metrica cookie (_ym) and the Meta cookie (_fbp).
These services receive technical information about a visit: the page address, where you came from, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location derived from the network address. They are also told when a contact button (phone or messenger) is pressed and when the form is sent — without the text of the request. Processing on their side is governed by the privacy policies of Google, Yandex and Meta.
In addition, Cloudflare, through which the site is served, keeps anonymous visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics): no cookies, nothing stored in the browser and no cross-site tracking. It does not depend on the choice made in the banner.
Yandex Metrica includes Webvisor, which records how a visitor uses a page — scrolling, pointer movement and clicks — so that we can see where the site is awkward to use. It does not record the contents of the request form fields or the text typed into them.
If you press “Decline” or make no choice, these services do not load and receive nothing. You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page; withdrawing consent removes their cookies. The site and the request form work the same either way. Apart from the cookies of these services, one value is stored in your browser: a note that you dismissed the offer to switch language, so that it does not appear again.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. An email to the contact address is enough. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was received.
Legal professional privilege
Information received in connection with a request for legal assistance is protected by the rules on lawyer–client confidentiality and is not disclosed, including where we decline the matter.
Changes
When the text changes, its version changes with it. The version in force when you submitted a request is recorded with your consent, so it is always clear what you agreed to.
